• We operate a cloud kitchen offering whole‑grain/millet‑forward dishes. Menu items, pricing, taxes, and availability may change without notice.
• Ordering may be available via third‑party platforms (e.g., Swiggy/Zomato) or directly through channels we provide. Third‑party terms and fees apply.
• Custom/bulk orders are subject to confirmation, lead time, and pre‑payment as communicated.

Payments & refunds

• When direct online payments are enabled, transactions are processed by a payment gateway. We do not store full card details.
• Refunds and cancellations (including for custom orders) follow our kitchen policy communicated at the time of confirmation and applicable law.

Nutrition & allergen notice

Our products may contain or come in contact with common allergens (e.g., dairy, nuts, gluten, sesame). Please inform us of allergies when placing an order; we will take reasonable care but cannot guarantee zero cross‑contact.

Content & IP

All text, photos, and graphics are owned by Grains n Griddles or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse content without consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
